Hotel Victoria is seeking a Front Office Manager with service, guest relations, and team building in their DNA. Who are we looking for?

We imagine you are someone who knows how to motivate and create team spirit among your employees. You are structured with strong organizational skills, yet flexible enough to handle the unexpected with ease. You radiate confidence, professionalism, and generosity. You have experience from reception, reservations, and/or the hotel industry, and you are fluent in both English and a Scandinavian language.

What will you be working with?

  • Daily management of the front desk

  • Ensuring smooth reception operations – from routines to special requests

  • Building a team that delivers world-class quality and service

  • Creating memorable welcomes and farewells for our guests

  • Maintaining focus on sales, upselling, service, and quality to achieve great results

  • Having full control over budgets, schedules, and standards

  • Personnel responsibility

As Front Office Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, Monika Sandvold. The position follows a shift schedule and includes evening and weekend work.
