As Head of Revenue Management, you will be the architect behind HEIMR’s revenue strategy – from pricing to channel selection. You will ensure that our hotels are always optimally positioned, with capacity management and daily optimization that deliver tangible results. With your finger on the market pulse, you will capture trends, identify new opportunities, and set the course before competitors even react.

Together with our commercial team, you will drive revenue growth across the portfolio, and you will see the impact of your work when visiting our hotels throughout the Nordics. In addition, you will be HEIMR’s voice on the industry stage – from seminars and gatherings to the most important arenas where the future of hospitality is shaped.

For this role, we are looking for someone who...

  • Has a genuine passion for revenue management and is motivated by delivering measurable results

  • Has experience with segmentation, pricing, and yield management – preferably from the hotel industry, but we are open if you come from another sector

  • Is analytical, structured, and data-driven, while also being a commercial team player with the ability to see the bigger picture

  • Builds bridges across teams and functions and communicates clearly in both Norwegian and English

  • Has experience with RMS and digital analytics tools

  • Holds a relevant higher education degree in economics, hospitality management, statistics, or equivalent
