Hotel Ullensvang is looking for someone who wants to help give our guests an unforgettable stay. We have 170 rooms and offer unique facilities such as Northern Europe’s longest swimming channel, an indoor tennis hall, bowling, a private sandy beach, a large fjord garden, and a rich history.

What will you be doing?

• Check-in and check-out of guests

• Manage the reception desk and phone

• Bookings and handling of reservations

• Provide information about the hotel, facilities, and local area

• Cash handling and administrative tasks

• Contribute to good cooperation and a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in reception, service, or hospitality is an advantage

• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English (other languages are a big plus)

• Basic computer skills

• Service-oriented, structured, and solution-focused

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible regarding working hours (day/evening/weekend)
