Opus XVI Is seeking a Restaurant Manager for an Exciting New Venture

Opus XVI is continuing to develop its restaurant concept and is now seeking an engaged and ambitious Restaurant Manager who will elevate both the guest experience and the team. We are looking for someone who is able to combine hands-on operational management with strategic development. We are also looking for someone who is motivated to create a restaurant that becomes a natural “talk of the town”.

For us, it’s about more than just good service. We aim to create experiences that make guests want to return, again and again.

You responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the restaurant

  • Operational leadership in daily service, including evenings and weekends

  • Ensuring first-class guest experiences through clear leadership and strong presence

  • Staff responsibility, including recruitment and team development

  • Training and implementation of routines, standards, and service culture

  • Shift scheduling and optimal resource management

  • Budget responsibility, forecasting, and cost control

  • Close collaboration with the kitchen, management team, and other departments

  • Actively contributing to upselling and commercial results

As Restaurant Manager at Opus XVI, you will be part of the hotel’s management team and report to the General Manager. The role is divided between operational duties and administrative work, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and continuous development.
