Norwegian Hotels Can Now Join HEIMR Collection
Geared for Continued Growth
At HEIMR Collection, we currently have a portfolio of eleven fully operational hotels, along with one hotel under development in the heart of Oslo. We are now taking the next step in our journey by opening up for Norwegian hotels to join the HEIMR family through membership agreements – a solution we have developed to meet increasing demand in the hotel market.
The pandemic gave us – then known as Team Hotels – the opportunity to pause, think differently, and chart a clear course for the future. The result was HEIMR Collection – a shift from traditional hotel operations to a hotel chain with a clear concept and strong ambitions. Since then, we have grown from five to eleven hotels, with more expansion underway.
In 2024, we experienced natural growing pains and strengthened our organization with several key roles and new expertise. We are now ready for further growth. Our goal is to sign additional hotels during the fall and into 2026. We’ve built a solid foundation, both operationally and commercially, and we’re ready to grow – together with new partners.
Membership Now Available
We’ve now established a new opportunity for hotel owners who want to be part of HEIMR without selling or leasing their property. Through membership agreements – essentially a franchise model – hotels can benefit from our platform, expertise, and market position while retaining ownership and control over their operations.
We are looking for hotels of a certain size, quality, and character – places that can contribute positively to our portfolio. They must be hotels we can proudly represent, and that fit into our concept of unique destinations with strong local roots.
A Family of Unique Hotels
In recent years, we have taken over and revitalized several historic hotels across the country. Many of them have played an important role in their local communities and have been cherished by both guests and residents. We are now giving them new life – and a new future – through HEIMR.
We are always on the lookout for distinctive hotels. Perhaps they are family-run establishments with proud traditions that wish to keep ownership but need commercial support, development assistance, or operational help in daily routines.
We know many hotels out there are full of untapped potential – and we are seeing more and more reach out to us to explore collaboration. Our experience and concept may be just what they need to take the next step.
With our new membership model, we can continue to grow, build a broader portfolio, and still stay true to what makes us unique. We are opening our doors – and we look forward to welcoming new hotels into the HEIMR family.
