We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for meeting & event sales at Hotel Klubben, as well as cross-selling to our other hotel gems within Heimr Collection. If you are also structured, have documented experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hotel industry, have high work capacity, and a personality and enthusiasm that spreads to those around you wherever you go, then you might be the right person for us.

Relevant education and experience in hotel sales are strongly preferred!
Responsibilities
Follow-up and sales to new and existing customers
Client visits and site inspections in Oslo, Vestfold, and Østfold
Responsibility for your own customer portfolio, pipeline, and budget
Participation in trade fairs
Develop and grow existing and new client relationships
Planning exhibitions, workshops, and customer activities
Travel activity should be expected
Qualifications and skills
Structured, independent, and high work capacity
Education and experience in hotel sales
Strong collaboration skills, high internal drive, and a proactive attitude
Positive attitude and strong enthusiasm for work
Strong Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
Service-minded, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Personal qualities
Proactive with strong execution ability
Ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge and methods
Works equally well independently and as part of a team
Loves new challenges and does not give up until goals are achieved

The position reports to Sales Director at HEIMR Collection, Heidi Frafjord. Working hours are daytime, but some evening and weekend events must be expected.
