HEIMR Collection is now looking for a magnetic Sales Manager to lead at the legendary Hotel Savoy in Oslo - a boutique gem currently undergoing a stunning transformation, set to reopen in spring 2026. Based at this soon-to-be showstopper, you´ll be driving the force behind positioning Savoy as Oslo´s must-visit luxury destination for both global jet-setters and savvy locals.

But that´s not all - your playground extends beyond Oslo. You´ll also bring your magic to the grand Opus XVI in Bergen and the historic Hotel Victoria in Stavanger, helping us conquer high-end markets far and wide.

Who are we looking for?

You´re creative, solution-oriented and know how to keep your cool when the pressure´s on. You got sharp communication skills, a commercial mindset, and an eye for the bigger picture. What you´ll be doing:

  • Participate in the development of the pre-opening plan for the hotel and work accordingly. 

  • Drive sales and promoting Hotel Savoy to both international and Norwegian markets 

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic clients and corporate partners. 

  • Conduct client visits, sales calls, participate in trade shows, and showings at Hotel Savoy. 

  • Develop and maintain your own client portfolio, pipeline, and sales targets. 

  • Support international sales initiatives for selected HEIMR Collection hotels. 

  • Plan and execute activities, workshops, and promotional events domestically and abroad. 

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales (bonus points if it’s in luxury or boutique).

  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude – and the stamina to match.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

  • A born communicator with a service mindset and a talent for building lasting relationships.

  • Agile, adaptable, and thrive when things move fast (because they will).

  • Ambitious and driven to exceed goals – not just meet them.

This position reports to our Director of Sales, Heidi Jeanette Frafjord. Most of your time will be spent working daytime hours, but occasional evening events, weekend happenings, and travel will definitely keep things interesting.
